Spare wheel

The spare wheel is a wheel with the following describtion: 195-65 on 51/2-15CH.

The spare wheel can be installed alternatively standing or lying below the front of the fuselage nose. Also an assembly on the pole is conceivable, because it is a v-pole or a mounting under the trailer.

You better think of controlling the air pressure of the spare wheel every once in a while. Nothing could be worth and more unpleasantly than having a flat tyre of the spare wheel in case of an breakdown (For this case there are however tire pumps and mini compressors, working perfectly with the electricity of your cigarette lighter.)

Changing the spare wheel after a certain mileage can likewise be of advantage. After reaching the maximum life span you must otherwise throw away a "brand-new" tire set. It makes sense by the way to offer those tires clearly before the expiration date at the market. In this way the old tires gives you a certain amount of money for the due new ones again and the buyer is pleased about (nearly) new tires for a good price. If you do it that way everyone hat it's advantage.

Assembly of the spare wheel before the fuselage holder. On this place you can reache the spare wheel if it is necessary and the tyre is protected from influences of the weather such as sun, rain and UV light.

Assembly of the spare wheel below the nose of the fuselage. The storage is just as good as above. Here it is to be noted however that the necessary place must available be for this way of storage. With some fuselages it is not possible to put the spare wheel that way. The advantage opposite above is anyway only a small space saving.
