Wing holder (in front)

Die Tragflächenaufnahme im Bug des Anhängers dient im wesentlichen zur Kippsicherung des Flügels. Zusätzlich werden aber auch zum Teil Bremskräfte in den Anhänger übertragen.

Die Konstruktion besteht aus einem rahmenartigen verzinktem Doppelprofil. Die unteren Einspannpunkte des Rahmens werden durch in die Bordwand eingeschraubte C-Profile erreicht. Der Rahmenriegel nimmt die Flächenaufnahme auf. Diese Aufnahmetaschen können mit einem Imbusschlüssel innerhalb kürzester Zeit für ein anderes Flugzeug eingestellt werden. Selbstverständlich werden die Flächen mit denen der Flügel in Berührung kommen kann mit Teppich abgepolstert. Auf Wunsch liefern wir die Halterungen auch aus GFK.

The wing holders in the nose of the trailer essentially are needed for the protection of the wing against overturning. In addition partially braking force is transferred into the trailer.

The construction consists of a frame-like galvanized double profile. The lower clamping points of the framework are reached by screwed in C-sections on the chassis sides.. The framework latch plate takes up the wing holder. These holders can be adjusted with an Allen key within shortest time for another airplane. Of course the surfaces to which the wings may have contact are padded with carpet. If you desire we supply the mounting plates from GRP.

	Holding frame for the front wing holders, which serves as protection against overturning.		Retaining bar, which is fastened to the lift top and which fixes the wing cross-beams upward.
	The lower fastening spot of the holding frame is realized over a welded piece of rectangular tube and a C rail. In this way a sufficiently large moment can be transferred.		Wing holder in front right
