Ramp - Hooks for the assembly and disassembly (in the back)

The ramp is needed for assembly or disassembly of the airplane. If the ramp is hooked and the airplane in the correct position the ramp can be jacked up over the shears stroke jacks in such a way, that it becomes possible to put in the main wheel of the airplane and to disassemble comfortable the airplane. Finally the fuselage can be slid into the trailer over the ramp. For the assembly it's just the other way round.

The ramp consists of two rails, a transverse profile for adjustment and one or two shears stroke jacks. The shears stroke jacks can be operated either mechanically, with a crank or hydraulically with foot operation. Conceivable is also an electric drive, which so far however still noone inquired, since the loads which can be moved are generally relatively small.

Presupposition for normal functioning of the entire unit is the correct assembly of the ramp, as well as the measurement and alignment inserted rails and the professional mounting of the limit stop hooks at the tail (for the assembly and disassembly) and in the trailer (for the locking of the ramp in the case of transportation). For the case of transportation the ramp is additionally secured by the tail gate against unintentional slipping.

The rails have, beyond the guide function of the ramp, the additional tasks, to hold both, the fuselage dolly and the wing dollys, in the trace when bringing the appropriate parts in.

The ramp is latched and cranked on height . You can start to assble or disassemble now.

An end of a ramp in the limit stop and/or point of anchor at the tail of the trailer. Even with unusual side load or with forces taking off the ramp can't slip or not even fall.

Locking hook of the ramp at the tail of the trailer. This hook is needed as limit stop for the ramp when assembly or disassembly. (If you see the detail that way there is something wrong - Iif the tail gate is closed the ramp should always be in the trailer.)
